With this acquisition K&amp;P Computer Service- und Vertriebs-GmbH has expanded its presence in the upper middle class.<\/p>\n<p>K&amp;P Computer Service- und Vertriebs-GmbH is an IT system house founded in 1985 and headquartered in Wiesbaden. With three business areas, IT maintenance, IT projects and Managed Services, the company acts as a cross-industry full-service provider for more than 3,000 medium-sized customers. The company currently employs over 150 people in Germany and Austria.<\/p>\n<p><strong>BLUE Consult GmbH<\/strong>, founded in 2004, and <strong>BLUE Smart Services GmbH<\/strong>, founded in 2013, are established IT consulting companies, offering Cloud Solutions, SAP S\/4HANA, Digitalization and Infrastructure for upper mid-sized companies. The BLUE Group employs around 65 people at their headquarters in Krefeld and their offices in Cologne and Hamburg.<\/p>\n<p>With the acquisition of the two consulting firms K&amp;P Computer Service- und Vertriebs-GmbH offers a full range of IT-solutions as well as cloud offers and strengthen its presence in the upper middle class.<\/p>\n<p>Investec supported K&amp;P Computer Service- und Vertriebs-GmbH with valuation and purchase price and purchase contract negotiations services as a buy-side advisor.<\/p>\n<p>Dirk M\u00fcller, CTO at K&amp;P and Managing Director of BLUE Consult
