XXImo focuses on planning, payment and administrative processing of mobility in Europe. XXImo&#8217;s certified payment platform is linked to a large number of providers of all forms of mobility in Europe and is also a processor of Visa transactions.<\/p>\n<p>Radiuz, Moove, Toogethr, Fleet Support and now also XXImo together form Mobinck. The company that brings together innovative and flexible forms of mobility and is part of the AutoBinck Group. AutoBinck is the 113 year healthy family business with a turnover of 1 billion euros and 1600 employees that has been successfully providing mobility since 1907.<\/p>\n<p>The services of XXImo and Radiuz are complementary. &#8220;A powerful combination,&#8221; said Harry de Haas, CEO Mobinck. &#8220;With this acquisition, we are bringing in an essential part of our mobility ecosystem, in which we can help our customers to organize their mobility easily and flexibly.<\/p>\n<h2>What we did<\/h2>\n<p>Investec advised the founding partners\u00a0and other shareholders of XXImo throughout the sell-side process, with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identification and approach of selected strategic and financial buyers<\/li>\n<li>Price negotiations<\/li>\n<li>Managing due diligence<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating legal documentation phase<\/li>\n<li>Support the seller with the reinvestment terms in the platform company<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About the deal XXImo has been sold to Mobinck, subsidiary of AutoBinck Group.
