The company serves ~7,000 customers and manages over 20,000 registered domains. Protagonist is proud on their focus to deliver excellence and achieve customer satisfaction, resulting in the number one Trustpilot ranking within the hosting segment.<\/p>\n<p>Techone is a provider of cloud and telecommunication services for the Dutch SME market, backed by Nedvest Capital.<\/p>\n<p>Nedvest Capital is a Dutch middle-market private equity company with a focus on technology, business services and industrials.<\/p>\n<p>After the transaction, Protagonist&#8217;s management will remain active to focus on broadening its service offering organically and through a buy-and-build strategy.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>What we did<\/h2>\n<p>Investec actively supported Protagonist as exclusive advisor along the entire sell-side process: marketing materials preparation, screening and selection of the relevant strategic and financial buyers through a competitive process, management of the due diligence and negotiation of terms and conditions of the deal plus ultimate closing of the transactions.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About the deal Protagonist has been sold to Techone, a portfolio company of Nedvest Capital.
