The company offers a broad spectrum of both software and hardware for businesses such as burglary prevention &amp; detection, camera systems and fire protection.<\/p>\n<p>Nedvest Capital is a Dutch middle-market private equity company with a focus on technology, business services and industrials.<\/p>\n<p>After the transaction, RoSecure&#8217;s management will remain active within Techone and will focus on broadening its service offering through organic as well as a buy-and-build strategy.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>What we did<\/h2>\n<p>Investec actively supported RoSecure as exclusive advisor along the entire sell-side process: marketing materials preparation, screening and selection of the relevant strategic and financial buyers through a competitive process, management of the due
