We also advised in attracting the bank financing to fund the transaction.<\/p>\n<h2>About the deal<\/h2>\n<p>Interxion is a leading pan European co-location \/ datacenter provider active in 14 cities across Europe. Interxion&#8217;s datacenters have an unique efficient design and it&#8217;s operations have become standard across the industry.
