They build innovative\u00a0software that helps clients to optimize the uptime and performance of their website, APIs and servers, and get alerted immediately when something goes wrong. ITRS Group acquired Uptrends to expand their website, API and server monitoring offering.<\/p>\n<p>ITRS Group acquired 100% of the shares from the shareholders of Uptrends. ITRS Group provides real-time monitoring and analytics for financial services as well as helping their clients through their digital transformation journey to prevent outrages and maximize efficiency. ITRS acquired Uptrends product as an important addition to what they already offer and a way to expand their website, API and server monitoring offering.<\/p>\n<p>Guy Warren, CEO at ITRS said: <em>\u201cWith a combined experience of almost four decades, Uptrends has huge strength in synthetic and real user monitoring, while ITRS is serving some of the most demanding requirement of enterprise clients.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Niels Brinkman, CEO at Uptrends, added: <em>\u201cWe are very excited to become part of the ITRS family and see this as a logical next step for continuing the growth of Uptrends.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>What we did<\/h2>\n<p>Investec advised the founding partners (also shareholders) of Uptrends throughout the sell-side process, with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Price negotiations;<\/li>\n<li>Managing due diligence;<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating legal documentation phase.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About the deal Uptrends was sold to ITRS Group, a platform company of TA Associates.
