Our advise included review of business case, deal tactics, transaction structuring, negotiations, and raising of bank financing in an competitive process. Investec also supported the buyer in coordinating the due diligence process and preparing the closing statements together with input to the legal documents.<\/p>\n<h2>About Nordisk Aluminat<\/h2>\n<p>Founded in 1991, Nordisk Aluminat A\/S is a leading manufacturer of aluminates utilized in the water treatment industry as well as a manufacturer of concrete accelerators, specialty chemicals for dust suppression and environmentally friendly de-icing applications. Nordisk Aluminate A\/S has an international client base including some of the world\u2019s leading chemical and pharmaceutical companies. Amidyne Group Inc. (Canada) is distributing products similar to Nordisk Aluminate in Northern America and with the acquisition the group can switch to own products and give access to the huge American market.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-about-alumichem-corp\">About Alumichem Corp.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Alumichem Corp. is a Danish\/Canadian joint-venture investor targeting specialty chemical and water treatment companies.
