Siegfried will acquire the Novartis manufacturing sites at Barber\u00e0 del Vall\u00e8s and El Masnou (Spain) and will become a key supplier to Novartis.<\/p>\n<p>The Novartis portfolio is changing. As biomedical research advances and breakthrough therapies become available, Novartis is adjusting its capacity and capabilities to a new set of requirements.<\/p>\n<p>Switzerland-based Siegfried will take over responsibility for all manufacturing activities at Barber\u00e0 del Vall\u00e8s and El Masnou production centers and both sites remain important supply points for Novartis.<\/p>\n<h2>What we did<\/h2>\n<p>Advising and supporting the lead project managers on:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Project management tasks<\/li>\n<li>Project governance<\/li>\n<li>Due diligence coordination\/support<\/li>\n<li>Operational Carve out issues<\/li>\n<li>Support of documentation (contract annexes and schedules)<\/li>\n<li>Project management and team support<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Yulia Pogodina, Global Project Lead Novartis: <\/strong><em>\u201cThe Investec team delivered a highly reliable support on project management level and has integrated perfectly into the global and local parts of the project teams.
