Kersia operates in more than 120 countries with a workforce of over 1,500 people and a turnover of more than 300 million euros.<\/p>\n<p>Kersia was formed as a new company in 2016 after Hypred acquired Antigerm, LCB Food Safety, G3, Kilco, Choisy Laboratories and Holchem. The company has tripled in size in less than four years and has grown to become a global leader in biosecurity and food safety.<\/p>\n<p>IK acquires a majority stake in Kersia together with the management and the &#8220;Amis de Kersia&#8221; Holding wholly owned by Sofiprot\u00e9ol, Unigrains, Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 G\u00e9n\u00e9rale Capital Partenaires, UI Investissement and other minority investors.<\/p>\n<h2>What we did<\/h2>\n<p>Investec has advised Sofiprot\u00e9ol on its equity investment into Kersia, providing critical analysis of the investment, valuation guidance, execution
