IP Visie is a Dutch TMT company, based in Etten-Leur, that focuses on all the services around digital connections. IP Visie holds a solid, competitive position in the distribution of network connectivity and telecom services. Company has high recurring revenue as well as fibre (glasvezel) connections with key market stakeholders, such as Eurofiber, Ziggo, Tele2.<\/p>\n<h2>What we did<\/h2>\n<p>Investec advised the shareholders of IP Visie throughout the sell-side process, with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Price negotiations;<\/li>\n<li>Managing due diligence;<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating legal documentation phase.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About the deal IP Visie was sold to Yielder Group, a portfolio company of Capital A.
