They combine technological expertise with industry knowledge and the human touch. Their services cover the areas of customer experience (CX), supply chain excellence, SAP services, digital strategy and financial services analysis and automation.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cWe have been looking for a partner who would allow us to preserve our DNA while simultaneously sharing our vision of serving as a single source provider for our customers in order to maximize their digital commerce success. We wanted a partner who could complement our expertise and help us achieve the ultimate goal of further expanding our customer base and services portfolio. Drafting marketing materials, (ii) Approaching potential buyers, (iii) Price negotiations, (iv) Managing due diligence and (v) Coordinating legal
