In providing all of those services, Stravers is able to engineer the best solution for their clients. Other services include installation &amp; repair, erection and dis-mantling, crane checks, transportation and insurance to unburden clients and provide a \u2018onestop-solution\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>The company was founded in the 1980s and the rental fleet now consists of over 120 tower cranes, all of which are fully electric (100% green). Stravers is a truly international firm with clients served widely in Continental Europe, but also stretching significantly further afield.<\/p>\n<p>With ING Corporate Investments as its new partner, Stravers is now ready to further pursue their growth strategy.<\/p>\n<h2>What we did<\/h2>\n<p>Investec advised the shareholder of Stravers Torenkranen throughout the sales process, with: (i) Drafting marketing materials, (ii) Approaching potential buyers, (iii) Price negotiations, (iv) Managing due diligence and (v) Coordinating legal
