Preparation of marketing documents (teaser and fact book), identification and approach of selected strategic buyers, Q&amp;A, negotiations, input for LOI\/SPA and coordination of all parties involved.<\/p>\n<p>Investec was by the clients side throughout this process. We were able to identify and motivate the right buyer and to keep this buyer in the process. Investec was able to show the ZAGRO Group and its subsidiary Zweiweg the synergy potential of an acquisition of \u201cHUBMEISTER&#8221;.<\/p>\n<h2>About the deal<\/h2>\n<p>Blumenbecker Technik GmbH decided to discontinue its non-core vehicle mounted aerial work platform business department called \u201cHUBMEISTER\u201d. \u201cHUBMEISTER&#8221; offers a wide range of aerial work platforms and has strong relationships with especially municipal\/public customers. The transaction object includes all brands and intellectual property of the HUBMEISTER business department in Bad Lauchst\u00e4dt\/Germany (asset deal) as well as the Italian subsidiary BT Italia Srl (share deal). The company\u2019s \u201cHUBMEISTER&#8221; brand, the intellectual property and the Italian subsidiary were sold to Germany-based road-rail vehicle manufacturer Zweiweg Verwaltung GmbH, which is part of the ZAGRO Group.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>What we did Investec accompanied the M&amp;A processes from the very beginning.
