Zig has been active in the real estate industry for more than 20 years. The core offering of Zig\u2019s solution is an innovative smart platform aimed at efficient housing and rental allocation.<\/p>\n<p>Main Capital Partners is a strategic investor with a specialized focus on SaaS \/ software companies. Main has almost 20 years of experience in building strong software groups in the Benelux, the DACH-region and the Nordics. As of October 2021, Main has approximately \u20ac2.2 billion assets under management.<\/p>\n<p>Gerbert Kooij, Director at Zig: \u201c<em>We see this new partnership with Main as a significant step in achieving accelerated growth. with: (i) Drafting marketing materials, (ii) Approaching market, (iii) Price negotiations, (iv) Managing due diligence and (v) Coordinating legal
