Obotritia takes an active and entrepreneurial approach towards its stewardship of capital. Obotritia`s investment strategy focuses mainly on the real estate sector, specialty finance as well as venture capital such as prop- and clean-tech.<\/p>\n<p>In the real estate sector, the company holds investments in Deutsche Konsum REIT-AG, investing in food anchored retail properties and Deutsche Industrie REIT-AG, investing in light industrial &amp; logistics properties as well as a direct real estate book.<\/p>\n<p>Investec was able to provide the firm with long-term financing to continue its growth.<\/p>\n<p>The secured private placement with a German insurance group led to a diversification of the company\u2019s lending base. Investec was able to successfully execute the process in a swift manner.<\/p>\n<p>Investec assisted the management during the entire transaction process. We ensured that our client&#8217;s interests and expectations were met and delivered a time efficient process.<\/p>\n<h2>What we did<\/h2>\n<p>Investec acted as Financial Advisor for issuance of the secured private placement bond:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Advisory on the structure of the transaction and identification of suitable investors<\/li>\n<li>Preparation as well as constant updating of the documents and project schedule<\/li>\n<li>Consultation regarding the bank aspects of the transaction<\/li>\n<li>Efficient process management and coordination between
