With this strategy the company generates attractive, robust and income tax exempted yields which will be distributed as dividends.<\/p>\n<p>Listed in December 2015 on the Berlin Stock Exchange and since March 2017 listed in the Prime Standard of Deutsche Boerse AG.<\/p>\n<p>As of June 2021, the real estate portfolio comprises 174 properties with a commercial area of &gt;1,000,000 m\u00b2 and a portfolio value of EUR 1,000 million.<\/p>\n<p>The repricing leads to a significant reduction in interest expenses.<\/p>\n<p>Investec supported the management team throughout the whole process and ensured a time-efficient procedure.<\/p>\n<h2>What we did<\/h2>\n<p>Investec advised the company&#8217;s management board on structuring the financing and coordinated the entire financing process. In addition, we actively supported Deutsche Konsum REIT-AG in the preparation of the necessary documents. We advised our client in the negotiations with potential financing partners from the first contact to the closing with the optimal partner.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About
