The PEH became independent in 2000 under the name Chequers Capital and has achieved 300 investments in Europe in nearly 50 years.<\/p>\n<h2>What we did<\/h2>\n<p>Investec has assisted Eris Group&#8217;s shareholders all along the MBO process: designing the transaction strategy, preparing marketing material and business plans, qualifying investors most likely to value Eris Group\u2019s positioning and to support its development &amp; management team, organizing a competitive process, structuring the deal, managing final negotiations as well as the debt financing
