Meotec<\/a> is a French management and procurement consulting services group with a European footprint. Meotec is a fast-growing player which is expanding through acquisitions of complementary players, providing new services, new geographical footprints or complementary business models.<\/p>\nAyming is a French group specialized in consulting services to recover tax and R&D tax credits. Ayming is strong of 1300 employees through its 15 countries in Europe, Northern America and Asia.<\/p>\n
Cristal D\u00e9cisions comprises the French activities of Ayming dedicated to procurement and supply chain consulting services. Cristal Decisions core business is to produce savings for its clients and is compensated based on performance through success fees<\/p>\n
By joining forces, Meotec and Cristal Decisions will generate strong commercial synergies and accelerate growth. Cristal will provide its expertise on new procurement categories, notably real estate and energy savings, and a new business model based on performance fees, while Meotec will provide access to its large client portfolio and to its international offices to boost Cristal D\u00e9cisions.<\/p>\n
