(CUMI) INDIA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The previous sole shareholder, Gebr\u00fcder RHODIUS Holding, will leave the group of shareholders as part of the transaction and will in future concentrate on its second, more local business: RHODIUS Mineralquellen.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;The combination of RHODIUS and CUMI creates a vertically integrated global player in the field of grinding tools, from the raw material to the end user.
