ANLAGEN- UND BAUTROCKNUNGS GMBH ON THE SALE OF A MAJORITY STAKE TO RANTUM CAPITAL, A GERMAN PRIVATE EQUITY, WITH THE AIM OF SUPPORTING MEDIUM SIZED COMPANIES<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">A.B.T is a leading water and fire damage restoration company in the Rhine-Main region. In addition to leak detection and drying, the range of services also includes the restoration of all damage. Quality and customer satisfaction are ABT\u2019s top priorities and create the basis for long-standing customer relationships.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>A.B.T. exists since 1993 and has 8 branches across Germany. The company is a full-service provider and covers the complete value chain: from diagnostics to actual restoration.<\/p>\n<p>Rantum Capital was founded in 2013 by entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs. They manage several private debt and private equity funds with &gt;\u20ac400m capital commitment. Rantum focuses on the DACH region.<\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Hasan \u00c7eliko\u011flu, who has decisively shaped the growth of the company as co-owner and managing director over the past years, remains significantly involved.
