With the support of Main, BCS aims to further expand its strong position in the Human Capital Management market throughout the Benelux.<\/p>\n<p>BCS is a Dutch SaaS provider of HR and payroll software and services solutions, owned by Bas Praagman and Ruben van Aarle and Ramon van Aarle (also owners of Taxperience). BCS has more than 40 years of experience and has an extensive product offering which includes solutions for salary administration, employee benefits, hour registration, workflow management and personnel planning, as well as integrated HR software solutions. The solutions are served to over 2,300 clients within the Dutch market.<\/p>\n<p>Main Capital Partners is a leading software investor in the Benelux, DACH and the Nordics. Main has almost 20 years of experience in strengthening software companies and works closely together with management teams of its portfolio companies as a strategic partner.<\/p>\n<h2>What we did<\/h2>\n<p>Investec advised the shareholders of BCS throughout the sell-side process, with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drafting info &amp; marketing materials;<\/li>\n<li>Screening and selection of worldwide strategic and financial buyers through a competitive process;<\/li>\n<li>Managing price negotiations;<\/li>\n<li>Handling due diligence;<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating legal documentation
