Helden Van Nu will continue to exist as an independent unit within Techone from its current premises in Hoofddorp, as is usual within Techone&#8217;s strategy. Helden Van Nu is a partner of Delta Fiber and is at the forefront of glass fiber implementation the Netherlands. The company has a strong positioning in the distribution of B2B internet and telecom services. The entire team of Helden Van Nu, including management, will be included in the Techone group.<\/p>\n<p>Helden Van Nu provides an extensive range of B2B broadband connectivity solutions for the Dutch SME market.<\/p>\n<p>Techone is a cloud and telecommunications service provider that greatly reduces the increasing complexity in the current communication, managed IT and security market through a very active Buy&amp;Build strategy.<\/p>\n<p>Nedvest Capital is a Dutch mid-market private equity company with a focus on technology, business services and industrials.<\/p>\n<h2>What we did<\/h2>\n<p>Investec actively supported Helden Van Nu as exclusive advisor along the entire sell-side process: marketing materials preparation, screening and selection of the relevant strategic and financial buyers through a competitive process, management of the due diligence and negotiation of terms and conditions of the deal plus ultimate closing of the
