The Company operates different formulas across 9 locations with its primary products being building materials, tiles, kitchens, sanitary and accessories providing a one-stop-shop experience for all its clients.<\/p>\n<p>Nelemans is a family-owned business and has been managed by the third generation of the family since 1993. Over the years, Nelemans has experienced strong growth through various acquisitions and a strategic shift towards small\/medium-sized customers.<\/p>\n<p>BME is a portfolio company of Blackstone and one of Europe\u2019s leading multi-specialist distributors of building products with leading market positions across Europe, operating with 120 branches in the Netherlands under the brands BMN, Raab Karcher, Van Keulen, TGN, De Jager Tolhoek, Galvano, De Jong &amp; Roos and Bouwmaat.<\/p>\n<h2>What we did<\/h2>\n<p>Investec advised the shareholders of Nelemans throughout the sell-side process, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drafting info\/marketing materials;<\/li>\n<li>Screening and selection of worldwide strategic and financial buyers through a competitive process;<\/li>\n<li>Managing
