The focus is on properties in promising secondary locations that offer above-average return potential. FCR holds more than 100 properties in the real estate portfolio with annualized actual net rent of \u20ac 30 million and a fair market value of more than \u20ac 400 million.<\/p>\n<p>Tenants are well known brands such as EDEKA, Netto, Rossmann, TOOM, REWE and Norma.<\/p>\n<p>FCR focuses on broadening of its financing base as well as a continuous reduction of the average financing costs. In this context, an unsecured new promissory note loan with an attractive interest rate has been arranged.<\/p>\n<p>The private placement will be used to finance growth. Investec was able to successfully execute the process in a swift manner.<\/p>\n<p>Investec assisted the shareholder and management during the entire transaction process. We ensured that our client\u2019s interests and expectations were met and delivered a time efficient process.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;The unsecured promissory note financing is a major step for implementing the long-term financing strategy of our group.
