The funds will be used at the location for the acquisition of further properties and for the growth of the group of companies.<\/p>\n<p>The BENO Group has been investing in light industrial properties in German-speaking countries since 2008. The broadly diversified portfolio includes 36 commercial units at 13 locations with a total rentable floor space of around 158,000 sqm. The market value of the portfolio is around 79 million euros. The 36 tenants currently include mainly medium-sized companies from various industries.<\/p>\n<p>Investec again supported the shareholders and the management throughout the entire transaction process. We ensured that our client&#8217;s interests were met and ensured a time-efficient process.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<em>Investec was once again the right partner for us, delivering outstanding work in terms of creativity, speed and determination. In addition, we supported BENO Holding AG in the preparation of the necessary documentation. We advised our client in the negotiations with potential financing partners from the first contact to the closing with the suitable financing
