The company focus is on (i) Structural Design, (ii) Architectural &amp; Civil Design and (iii) Building Physics &amp; Technical Installations. The mission of the company is to contribute to a healthy and vital society by designing buildings where people can stay safe and comfortable. The owners found a partner in Innovus that shares the company\u2019s vision of the future. The knowledge and network that Innovus brings will accelerate the joint ambitions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Innovus Group consists of Convent Capital portfolio companies: Zonneveld Ingenieurs, the recently acquired Dijkstra Groep and software developer Future Insight. The acquisition of Ulehake fits the buy &amp; build strategy of Convent Capital and is aimed at forming a group of companies active in the market of software driven engineering services. The ambition is to become \u2018the leading digital engineer\u2019 and to be at the forefront of the process from initiative to realization and management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What we did<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Investec advised the shareholders of Ulehake throughout the sell-side process, with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Drafting info &amp; marketing materials;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Screening and selection of strategic and financial buyers through a competitive process;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Managing price negotiations;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handling due diligence;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinating legal documentation phase.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About the deal Ulehake is a Dutch structural engineering firm, primarily focused on the pharma and industrial sector.
