Thanks to its strong brand image and international footprint (more than 80% of sales are generated outside of France), Samshield has successfully undertaken product diversification by launching a line of technical apparel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Samshield welcomes Initiative &amp; Finance as a minority shareholder to support its growth projects: (i) broaden product portfolio and (ii) foster its development on the North American market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With 35 portfolio companies and over 340 deals carried out since its inception in 1984 (management buy-out, owner buy-out, management buy-in, build-up, etc.), Initiative &amp;
