The group specializes in optimizing reinsurance operations and regulatory compliance with Solvency II. Effisoft supports 300 clients in more than 20 countries through its offices in France and the United States and its worldwide network of partners.<\/p>\n<p>Prima Solutions provides Property and Casualty and Life and Health insurers the cutting-edge Prima Insure\u2122 software platform to increase agility and become a leader in insurance innovation.<\/p>\n<p>The merger between Effisoft and Prima Solutions will produce one of the largest and most comprehensive players in Europe, North America, and the Asia-Pacific region with cloud-based solutions covering all areas of the insurance market. The consolidated group can rely on more than 300 employees across the globe, servicing over 300 customers across 5 continents, and generates revenues of approximately \u20ac50 million. It will continue to be led by Hugues Delannoy from Prima Solutions and Julien Victor from Effisoft, with the support of The Carlyle Group as the majority
