About the deal <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Technosoft has been acquired by Treetop, marking a step in Treetop\u2019s growth strategy. It is an add-on to Nedvest\u2019s portfolio company consisting of construction software companies; kraan, admicom, homeDNA, treeICT and Frank.

Technosoft is the Dutch market leader in its sector with its structural analysis software for structural engineers. This strategic acquisition strengthens Treetop’s product portfolio. Treetop offers a wide range of advanced software solutions to help transform and optimise the construction industry by acquiring several companies and combining their strengths.
