The group operates through two companies:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Eco-Compteur (Lannion, Brittany), a pioneer and world leader in pedestrian and cyclist counting, offering flow analysis solutions in urban and natural areas. With more than 5,000 customers, mainly local authorities, Eco-Compteur, which generates over 70% of its revenue internationally, equips most major European and American local authorities (mainly in the United States, Germany, and Canada).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Quantaflow (Honfleur, Normandy), the French leader in flow analysis in shopping centers, offering indoor counting solutions based on cutting-edge technologies (3D video capture, AI) and flow analysis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Driven by the fast development of soft mobility and the increasing use of data by public bodies in their decision-making process, Quanteo Group has experienced fast growth over the past few years, reaching a turnover of \u20ac25 million in 2022. Christophe Milon decided to seek support from investment funds to achieve ambitious growth objectives and to initiate the group\u2019s managers\u2019 and employees\u2019 equity participation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This transaction represents the first step to the handover of the group to the management team and the employees. A foundation, involved in the shareholding structure and in the governance, was created, aiming to ensure the permanence of the group in Brittany and Normandy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Investec advised the majority shareholder in the structuring and the execution of an MBO, sponsored by Siparex and Bpifrance.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-we-did\">What we did<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Investec acted a a sole financial adviser throughout the transaction process: advice of deal structuring, deal tactics, investors introduction and selection, marketing documentation drafting, competitive bidding process, debt financing, and management of negotiations with potential investors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>Investec kept its promises. They supported me in my project, involving the group&#8217;s managers and employees, as well as setting up a foundation. Thanks to their advice and engineering expertise, I achieved my initial goals.
