Investec acts as Sole Financial Advisor on Dechra\u2019s \u00a34.5bn cash offer by Private Equity firm EQT.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\nDechra became a Corporate Broking client of Investec in April 2009, appointing us as their Sole Financial advisor and Sole Corporate Broker, a role we\u2019ve held ever since. Now valued at \u00a34.5bn by EQT, that\u2019s a x18 increase in the 14 years since they became our client. This growth story led to them entering the FTSE 100 in 2022 and is a clear demonstration of Investec supporting clients with high growth ambitions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This is the largest M&A transaction in the UK so far this year and completion is expected during Q4 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
