The team supported us from the very beginning of the process all the way to its completion, including after sale implementation. The high level of experience and competence of the team members was key to the success of this quite complex transaction. Furthermore it was a true pleasure to work with such responsive, customer oriented professionals.&#8221;<\/em>&nbsp; <strong>Moussa Naciri, CEO Oleon<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>About the deal<\/h2>\n<p>Oleon is one of the leading producers of oleochemicals since 1950s, specialised in converting natural fats and oils into a wide range of oleochemical products. Based on this expertise, the company has been developing renewable and alkyd resins used in industrial and decorative paintings. It mainly supplies leading France based paints manufacturers.<\/p>\n<p>Worl\u00e9e-Chemie, a German based family group, employs 250 persons in its plants in Lauenburg and L\u00fcbeck (in Northern Germany), producing a broad range of different binders and additives for the paint and lacquer industries on the latest equipment. The product range comprises water and solvent-based acrylic and alkyd resins, polyesters, polyester polyols, polyether polyols, epoxy esters and numerous additives for a variety of different applications.<\/p>\n<p>By acquiring Oleon \/ Novance\u2019s business, Worl\u00e9e-Chemie steps into the French market with high quality
