The capital infusion was led by Investec India and Axis Capital Limited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About OmniActive<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Founded in 2005, OmniActive strives to improve lives by enhancing nutrition and wellness through science and innovation. TA Associates, a leading global private equity firm, acquired a significant stake in the company in January 2021.
