Its product range includes natural colours and flavours, nutraceutical and dietary supplement ingredients, spices and seasonings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What we did<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Investec leveraged its experience and understanding of the Ingredients space, to position Akay, and its business, appropriately to Investors<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Investec ran an auction process, reaching out to multiple Strategics and Financial buyers globally, showcasing our reach and access capabilities, in effect ensuring an efficient competitive process and maximization of value for our clients<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Investec handheld end to end execution to deliver the transaction to the Shareholders<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Investec ensured seamless co-ordination between the Sellers, Akay, the Incoming Investor and their advisors at every stage of the transaction<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>\u201cWhen it comes to M&amp;A deals, having an investment banker who can guide you through the ebbs and flows of the process, makes a significant difference.
