Santecom\u2019s main publication is \u201cBien-\u00eatre &amp; Sant\u00e9\u201d, a French leading magazine dedicated to consumer healthcare, with about 438,000 copies sold each month in 2013, representing 1.4 millions readers. The magazine is distributed through a network of 5,000 pharmacies.<\/p>\n<p>This transaction enables Santecom to enter a new development
