Investec has advised Nowak Group (portfolio company of Siparex, Unexo and Bpifrance) on its sale to Marle Group (portfolio company of Dentressangle)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Founded in 1984 in Panc\u00e9 (Ille-et-Vilaine) and backed since 2019 by Siparex, Unexo, and Bpifrance, Nowak Group stands as the French expert in precision casting focused on lost-wax manufacturing processes. Boasting a workforce of 150 professionals, Nowak Group \u2013 which incorporated medical precision machining capabilities further to the acquisition of Belmonte (Valence) in 2021 \u2013 specializes in the design and manufacture of complex parts in steel, stainless steel, and superalloys. While Nowak Group historically leverages its expertise to serve industrial clients across various sectors such as energy, luxury, plumbing, and mountaineering, the Group is undergoing substantial growth in the medical sector where it operates as contract manufacturer to OEMs designing and selling orthopedic and traumatological implants. The medical sector now represents half of the business. The Group delivers several thousand pieces per day, encompassing 130 different alloys, and serve 300 clients across a dozen countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n After five years of support, the financial investors of Nowak Group have decided to hand over the reins to a new shareholder able to accompany the strong development of the Group, especially in the medical sector. In this context, they have appointed Investec to spearhead the identification and selection of the most suitable candidates. At the end of this process, Marle Group \u2013 backed by the family-owned investment holding company Dentressangle \u2013 emerged as the standout choice for its ability to offer a compelling development project for both Nowak and Belmonte, as well as for the historical shareholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n As a global leader in the manufacture of orthopedic and traumatological implants, Marle Group strengthens its industrial capabilities and expertise further to this transaction.
