It combines digital marketing and inside sales to create holistic 360\u00b0 solutions for measurable sales success for a large number of medium-sized companies as well as global corporations. A&amp;G is active in various business areas, namely strategy consulting, modern technological development, digital content creation and inside sales. Overall, A&amp;G has over 25 years of experience in a fast-growing industry with consistently good profitability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The object of this transaction was to advise on the reorganisation of the liabilities side and the implementation of a financing solution as well as the expansion of the group of principal banks. To this end, an attractive solution was developed and implemented with financing partners, which simultaneously expanded the company&#8217;s room for manoeuvre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-we-did\">What we did<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Analysing the initial situation and generating the financing idea,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Development of a financing strategy,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparation of documents for approaching the relevant financing partners,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analysing and identifying potential financing partners,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Structured approach of potential financing partners,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Obtaining term sheets, negotiating and optimising the conditions as well as providing support until the contract is signed and paid out.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>&#8220;The support of the Investec team proved invaluable in realising our plans.
