Under the agreement Oerlikon, a global leader in technology and services for the BCF and IDY sectors, will assume responsibility for customer services and the spare parts business for Tr\u00fctzschler&#8217;s technologies in these sectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>About Tr\u00fctzschler Group<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Headquartered in M\u00f6nchengladbach, Germany, the Tr\u00fctzschler Group is an internationally operating manufacturer of machinery and equipment for the textile industry. The company\u2019s core competencies lie in the Spinning, Card Clothing, and Nonwovens sectors, where it is renowned worldwide for its innovative and high-quality solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>About Oerlikon Group<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Oerlikon Group, headquartered in Switzerland, is a global technology leader with a focus on polymer processing solutions, surface solutions, and additive manufacturing. The Oerlikon Polymer Processing Solutions division offers specialized machinery and equipment for the production of technical yarns and carpet yarns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-we-did\">What we did<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Investec team as sole M&amp;A adviser has supported Tr\u00fctzschler throughout the entire process to the successful closure of the transaction.
