It generates 80% of its sales internationally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The group\u2019s revenue has increased substantially from \u20ac14m in 2017 to \u20ac41m in 2024 (driven by both organic and external growth). Since 2017, the group has completed four acquisitions, including the acquisition of Codipro which ran concurrently alongside the transaction. Codipro, is a Luxembourg-based specialist in top-of-the-range articulated lifting rings. The ambition of this latest acquisition is to bring together two complementary international players with strong brands, recognised in their respective markets for the quality of their products and services, and whose equipment is critical to the production lines of most industries and essential to safety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nearly seven years after its first MBI supported by Capital Export, the group has completed its second LBO backed by MBO+, Rives Croissance and BNP Paribas D\u00e9veloppement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>&#8220;<em>The HPS Group, in association with the CodiproLux Group, is consolidating almost 80 years of presence in demanding industrial markets, world-renowned brands and more than 14 nationalities among its employees.
