We are delighted to have been able to secure a majority investment from Accel-KKR on behalf of all shareholders and the management team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>About PayProp<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PayProp is an automated payment and reconciliation platform that accurately tracks, reconciles and processes all stakeholder payments for a portfolio of properties in real time through a bank integrated property management solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Founded in South Africa, in 2004, PayProp has grown to become a leading processor of rental payments for the global property management industry, serving a large and diverse customer base of letting agents across UK, South Africa, USA and Canada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Our role<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Investec has a longstanding advisory and lending relationship with PayProp and provided debt capital to enable further growth investment.
