Nasstar has an active M&amp;A strategy, which has included Blue Chip Data Systems, Modality, and most recently the P2P of Nasstar for \u00a381.5m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Our role<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Investec provided Mayfair Equity Partners-backed Nasstar with buyside M&amp;A advice; leveraging its knowledge of the KCOM business from Investec&#8217;s previous role as joint financial advisor and broker to KCOM on its \u00a3627m take over by Macquarie. Investec also offered wider strategy and valuation analysis, as well as potential future exit planning for Mayfair of the enlarged Nasstar
