The company specialises in producing and supplying biocontrol solutions to efficiently reduce the use of chemical pesticides in agriculture. It is recognised for its expertise in macrobials for various speciality crops. Bioline AgroSciences maintains a strong local presence worldwide with five&nbsp;business platforms (North America, France, the United Kingdom, Spain and Kenya) and sales in over 50&nbsp;countries. With an annual revenue growth of&nbsp;+14% over the past six&nbsp;years, the Group generated more than \u20ac50 million in revenue in 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Investec has been appointed by InVivo to manage a swift sale of the Group. Following this process, Eurazeo was retained for its ability to offer a compelling development plan for the company, its managers, and its employees. Under this new ownership, the Group aims to become a global leader in biocontrol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What we did<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Investec assisted InVivo and Bioline AgroSciences management team all along the disposal process, including: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Structuring&nbsp;the deal,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparing&nbsp;and anticipating&nbsp;carve-out issues,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Overseeing&nbsp;the execution of vendor due diligence works,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Engaging with financial investors and strategic buyers,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparing&nbsp;the marketing documentation,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Managing&nbsp;a lenders education process with financing institutions,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implementing a competitive and swift bidding process,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Managing&nbsp;the due diligence process,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Providing an active execution support in the negotiation process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About InVivo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The InVivo group is one of Europe&#8217;s leading agricultural groups that recorded \u20ac12 billion in revenue in 2024.
