Leveraging its robust R&amp;D capabilities and strong CSR policy, Magellium benefits from a talented and loyal workforce and continues to attract young engineers and doctors that are keen to address meaningful and large projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After a competitive process run by Investec, Eir\u00e9n\u00e9 (Weinberg Capital Partners) emerged as the preferred partner to support Magellium in its next phase of development. This operation will enable Magellium to significantly accelerate its organic development by leveraging Eir\u00e9n\u00e9\u2019s unique sector knowledge and network notably in the defence and security fields, and its experience in external growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What we did<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Investec supported Magellium&#8217;s shareholders throughout the entire process, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Designing a relevant equity story<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Defining deal tactics,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparing marketing materials,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Qualifying trade and financial buyers which were most likely to value Magellium positioning and support the Group&#8217;s development,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinating the Due Diligence process,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organising a structured competitive process and leading the final negotiations to optimise the terms and
