Specialising in walls, columns, beams, and ground beams, the company operates in a resilient and expanding market, serving major construction, public works, and civil engineering groups across France, in the logistics, industrial, and tertiary sectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With a strong emphasis on innovation, Techni Prefa operates a modern and high-capacity production facility, enabling it to meet strong demand while maintaining the highest quality standards. With over 130 employees, Techni Prefa is a proven leader across key segments of the structural framing market:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Market leader in precast columns in France, with approximately 12% market share<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pioneer in hybrid wood-concrete frames, a fast-growing construction solution<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recognised expertise in fire-resistant walls, with a production capacity of nearly 300,000 m\u00b2 per year<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The acquisition of Techni Prefa by Rector Lesage marks a strategic milestone. Recognised leader in the French prefabricated concrete solutions market, Rector Lesage serves three key segments: individual and grouped housing, collective residential and tertiary buildings, as well as industrial and commercial structures. The Group offers a diversified portfolio including floors, frames, walls, joists, pre-slabs and frameworks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Through this acquisition, Rector Lesage enhances its value proposition with complementary solutions, strengthening industrial capabilities and market position. Rector Lesage is committed to further develop Techni Prefa while leveraging identified commercial and industrial synergies, particularly in the areas of mixed-frame and multi-level frame
