EIG leverages its technological expertise in product design and assembly to offer bespoke hardware testing systems, embedded software, and related services tailored to clients\u2019 needs. EIG\u2019s solutions are used by over 250 blue-chip clients for the maintenance of critical assets and infrastructure enhancing monitoring processes, extending assets\u2019 life and preventing failures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The group is a fast-growing platform and has demonstrated an impressive track record, combining 20%+ organic growth with several international acquisitions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To further accelerate its growth project, Ekoscan management is joining forces with Eurazeo through a secondary buy-out, alongside Abenex, EDF (through Fonds France Nucl\u00e9aire, managed by Siparex) and Air Liquide who have financed Ekoscan in 2022. Main objectives are to accelerate external growth, expand geographically and further increase technological edge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Our role<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Investec advised on the shareholders and the management team throughout the buy-out process, including: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Defining the transaction strategy, <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identifying potential investors, <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparing marketing materials, <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coaching the management team, <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Running a lenders education process, <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Managing VDDs and buyer due diligence, <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organising the auction, <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Negotiating the best transaction terms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>&#8220;A big thank you to the entire Investec team for their outstanding support.
