With 16 locations nationwide, the group delivers reliable, high-value services at scale, serving both single-site and multi-site clients. Vigians provides end-to-end solutions across active and passive fire protection\u2014from system design and integration to maintenance\u2014covering sprinklers, water mist, and special-hazard applications. Its services are trusted by a broad base of industrial and tertiary clients requiring critical fire-safety infrastructure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Acquired by Groupe Gorg\u00e9 in 2007, Vigians has achieved fourfold organic growth under CEO Rodolphe Bassi, securing a leadership position in the French fire sprinkler market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After two buyouts supported by the Gorg\u00e9 family, Vigians\u2019 management is partnering with Capital Croissance and BNP Paribas D\u00e9veloppement through a third buy-out. The transaction enables the management team to become majority shareholders, with Gorg\u00e9 SA reinvesting as a minority partner. This new partnership will support geographic expansion and the execution of an active external growth strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How we helped<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Investec
