The three vascular centers, which hold market-leading positions in the cantons of Aargau, Lucerne, Zug, and Basel, offer leading medical expertise in the integrated diagnosis and treatment of venous and arterial diseases including a high number of minimally invasive procedures with a combined team of 16 experienced angiologists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The medermis clinics group is a quality provider in the fields of dermatology, phlebology, and aesthetics, currently operating more than 60 locations in Germany and Switzerland with over 1&#8217;100 employees, including 235 physicians.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The partnership between the vascular centers and medermis clinics is focused on continuity: the owners of the three vascular centers will continue to lead medically and entrepreneurially and, as co-shareholders and in close collaboration with medermis clinics, will further drive the success of their competence centers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Our role<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Capitalmind Investec team advised the owners of the three vascular centers throughout the entire M&amp;A process until the successful completion of the transaction, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Preparation of business plan and marketing materials,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identification of potential buyers (strategic and financial),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Market approach and realization of a competitive sales process,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparation and support of due diligence,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conducting price negotiations,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support in negotiations of the legal documentation,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordination of all involved parties, incl. legal and tax advisors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<section class=\"content--block quoteBlock \">\n    <div class=\"holder\">\n        <div class=\"stories slide-up d-flex\" data-scroll=\"\">\n            \n            <blockquote class=\"stories__desc\" style=\"flex: 0 0 100%;max-width: 100%;\">\n                <span class=\"stories__desc_quote\">\u201c\u201d<\/span>\n\n                                    <p>Capitalmind Investec\u2019s management of the transaction was outstanding: they optimized and aligned all owners\u2019 interests, flawlessly orchestrated the competitive process including important strategic, financial and structural elements and demonstrated strong commitment to realize a highly synergetic partnership with medermis as strategic partner.
