Its broad service portfolio includes bespoke software development, user experience (UX) design, managed services, cloud hosting, consultancy, and support services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Investec Advisory acted as exclusive financial advisor to the company shareholders, running a competitive process to secure the best strategic partner and optimise transaction terms.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thesio\u2019s new partner, Hoppinger, is a strategic provider of mission critical digital solutions, helping organisations design, build, and evolve platforms that drive growth and long-term impact. With a multidisciplinary team of digital specialists, Hoppinger focuses on delivering long-term impact across sectors including education, healthcare, housing, and manufacturing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With this transaction, the combined organisation brings together an international and diverse team of around 100 digital specialists, positioned to help companies grow and innovate in a rapidly changing digital world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Together, Hoppinger and Thesio strengthen their position in the Dutch market as an independent strategic partner for digital transformation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em><em>Our ambition is clear: to develop user friendly software that every Dutch person uses every day.
