Thanks to extensive laboratory infrastructure and X-ray equipment, most patients can be treated on site, which also reduces the burden on the public emergency infrastructure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Together with its new partner Genui, Permanence Marktplatz Oerlikon is pursuing an ambitious growth strategy at its existing location and through the acquisition or green-field opening of further locations in Switzerland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What we did<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Capitalmind Investec team advised the owner of Permanence Marktplatz Oerlikon throughout the entire M&amp;A process until the successful completion of the transaction, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Preparation of business plan and marketing materials<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identification of potential buyers (strategic and financial)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Market approach and realization of a competitive sales process<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparation and support of due diligence<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conducting price negotiations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support in negotiations of the legal documentation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordination of all involved parties, incl.
