With more than 140 accredited laboratories and over 10,000 dedicated employees worldwide, the company provides high-value, science-based solutions that go beyond analytical testing to help make food systems safer, healthier, and more sustainable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Normec Group is a leading international provider of Testing, Inspection, Certification, and Compliance (TICC) services, supporting organisations in ensuring quality, health, safety, and sustainability. Headquartered in the Netherlands and operating across Europe and the United States, the company has over 6,000 experts working in accredited laboratories and specialist centers. Normec delivers independent, science-based solutions that help clients meet regulatory standards, protect consumers, and drive sustainable progress through innovation and customer-focused expertise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Silliker Netherlands laboratory, specialising in Food Microbiology and Waste Water Chemistry testing, employs more than 100 specialists and generates annual revenues exceeding \u20ac10 million. Under Normec\u2019s ownership, the laboratory will leverage a strong local platform known for delivering high-quality inspection and certification services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What we did<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Investec advised M\u00e9rieux Nutrisciences throughout the entire sell-side process:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Meeting with
